Globrin Project Methodology is designed to ensure that your needs are identified correctly and the solution that we provide meets your requirements. At the same time, our methodology also helps in completing projects on time and with quality.

 
 


We structured our methodologies in a number of quick phases each ending with customer approval. Leveraging our technical knowledge and industry experience with this methodology enables us to empower our clients, streamline decision-making processes, expedite production, and cut costs.



Project Approval Process

- this consists of aligning the required deliverables for approval and the proper detail in the associated forms and tools, with the organization's requirements for preliminary and definitive funding.



Project Stage-Gate or Review Processes

- aligns the required deliverables for approval and the proper detail in the associated forms and tools, with the organization's requirements for phase end and periodic mandatory reviews. We have also written the training manuals for these reviews and can provide the prospective reviewers.



Monitoring Processes

- these will vary greatly from small to large projects. It is critical to ensure that they are scaled, practical and value added or they will result in an exercise in futility. Also, these processes must match the organization's supportive technology capabilities.



Project Closure Processes

- consists of aligning the required deliverables for approval and the proper detail in the associated forms and tools, with the organization's requirements for formally closing-out a project effort. This typically affects Handover and Rollout Plans, Post-Implementation Audits, Project Scorecards, Lessons Learned Sessions and Archival procedures for organizational integration of the lessons. The whole project traverse must enhance learning or the value in the methodology and/or the organization's learning processes will be questionable.

 
  Debrief  
 



After the delivery of the project, we conduct a formal review. We ascertain that the necessary deliverables and milestones have been met and that you have the resources needed to support the system we have built. In addition, we complete the feedback loop by requesting from you a formal assessment of the project. Because our teams are evaluated by client satisfaction and their ability to deliver on time and on budget, this feedback helps us shape our development processes.



In addition, training and mentoring for all levels is provided as the methodology is developed, in order to ensure effective communication and implementation of the new processes.
