Today, Globrin has achieved the following formal standards -
- ISO 9001:2000 certification and accreditation. This standard ensures that processes and plans are in place, record keeping is meticulous and logic is applied to all our activities. We are less likely to fail in any given activity AND we are more easily able to find and resolve issues when they do occur.
- Microsoft Gold Application Development Partner. As an organisation we have passed Microsoft's stringent quality test process and competency standards audits. In addition, all of our delivery team are individually Gold Certified too.
- In addition Globrin has already been audited and is compliant to both BS7799 for information security and CMMi Level 3 for Key Performance Areas.

Not only are the above standards rigorously applied but we also apply continuous improvement approaches to all our activities. To give an example of the culture let us give you just one example. We have retained a specialist, independent consultancy to audit our processes and quality. They act in the usual, 'formal' way but above that they also (at our request) make unannounced visits to audit specific segments of our processes and procedures. By so doing they help us to continue to improve and ensure we are always compliant - both to the letter and the spirit of the quality approach we espouse.
